Archar (Ala-carte)

Blended in-house with our very own chilli paste, our Archar boasts a good combination of crunchy vegetables like cucumbers and carrots, and tangy fruits like papayas and pineapples, peppered throughout with fragrant sesame seeds.

Refreshingly tart, it is an appetising and excellent side dish to complement any meals.
